Intelligent Space Partnership has been commissioned by the National Audit Office to evaluate the design quality of first wave PFI hospitals. This concentrates on the functionality of the built designs through comparison of 8 PFI and 8 conventionally procured hospitals. This will inform the Value For Money Audit being undertaken by the National Audit Office PFI VfM team. It is expected that the report will be published in the summer.
