Intelligent Space Partnership were the pedestrian movement consultants on a multidisciplinary team led by urban designers David Lock Associates, creating a masterplan for High Wycombe. The project included spatial analysis of High Wycombe, identification of pedestrian movement issues for the town centre and design guidance on the Masterplan's movement strategy.

The analysis highlighted the key problem of severance created by major roads and identified possibilities for better integration of pedestrian movement routes, particularly between the town centre and surrounding areas.
