As part of a major redevelopment in the Regent Street area of Central London, The Crown Estate plans to pedestrianise Glasshouse Street and undertake significant regeneration works on the surrounding blocks.

Intelligent Space Partnership provided an analysis of the current pedestrian movement in the area and created a pedestrian flow model identifying the potential effect of the scheme. The project will lead to a major enhancement of public space in a key area of Central London.
