Jake Desyllas Speaks at GLA Congestion Charging Anniversary Event |

Jake Desyllas, partner at Intelligent Space, will be speaking at a conference at City Hall to mark the first anniversary of the Congestion Charge in central London. The event will be held on 17 February 2004 and has been organised by the City and Westminster Society of Architects. Urban designers, architects and engineers will explore design responses to congestion charging. As one of the invited specialists, Jake will be speaking about the allocation of road space inside the charging zone and the potential for positive improvements in public space use following from congestion charging.
