Intelligent Space is experienced in dealing with projects involving multiple stakeholders and interest groups where liaison is a necessity. In these circumstances, a clear liaison plan can be used for dissemination of information and to ensure that the constraints, requirements and key concerns of stakeholders are addressed within the project plan. Aspects of our liaison plans include:

• identification of stakeholder or consultee organisations and their points of contact.
• design and implementation of consultation workshops
• strategy for disseminating information and implementation
• provision of evidence for broader consultation exercises

Some examples of our work in this field include:

• Liaison with 8 hospitals on behalf of NHS Estates to gather information for Design Guidance on Accident and Emergency Departments
• Liaison with local authorities and other stakeholders to create the Database of Walking Initiatives on behalf of Central London Partnership
• Development of a crowd safety planning liaison programme for the 20 stakeholder groups involved in London's Notting Hill Carnival on behalf of the Greater London Authority.
• Liaison with local authorities and members of the Central London Partnership Steering Group on Integrating and Understanding Walking to gather pedestrian monitoring data for London.
